When building a website, whether a simple online portfolio or a full e-commerce store front, I strive for balance between visual and technical design. By using clean, sophisticated layouts and adhering to web standards, websites I design are not only attractive, but are compatible with the widest posible range of browsers, operating systems and screen sizes.
The Internet is a dynamic, content oriented medium, and users are always looking for something new. For this reason, I design every website to allow the client to make changes on their own.
In 2003, I graduated at the top of my class from Malaspina University College with a diploma in Information Technology and Applied Systems, specializing in Digital Media Technologies. While that all takes a long time to say, what it really means is that I know my way around both Windows and Macintosh computers and have been trained in HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript, Flash, MySQL, and a bunch of other acronyms. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2000 Pro and have extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
